We were originally brought in to help with the electrical side of this amazing project in Flushing, Cornwall. Working very closely with the clients Kate and Malcolm, we were able to bring every aspect of their vision to life. Working alongside the main contractors (P Chapman Construction) we managed to create the perfect home for our clients.
Throughout this project, there were a lot of changes with many improvements being made to the original specification. As usual, we were more than happy to accommodate these changes in the knowledge that the end product would be worth the effort! Whether it was changes to the kitchen layout, additions of ambient lighting, or alterations in the way that lighting was controlled – we were able to achieve it all with the result of two very happy clients.
Although the aesthetic of the property is in keeping with its original features, the house is filled to the brim with modern electrical technology, boasting TV lifts, dimmable toggle switches from SoHo Lighting, Collingwood ‘Smart’ garden lighting control, delicate accent lighting to accentuate the properties period features, electrical underfloor heating in all 6 of the bathrooms and much, much more.
