When Ceri enquired about security measures for her elderly mother, we were delighted to offer our services completely free of charge through our Positive Connections initiative. Following the loss of her husband last year, Mrs Swan had been adjusting to living alone, making home security a pressing concern for the family.

Our team, including Tim and George, worked meticulously to create a comprehensive security solution. The installation included hardwiring the video doorbells and positioning security cameras strategically around the property. We also provided and installed a motion-activated LED floodlight free of charge.

Your electricians Tim and George were absolutely wonderful. They were totally professional in their work. They consulted my mum and I on any decisions to do with the installation. They were friendly and extremely courteous, particularly to my elderly mother, putting her completely at ease. 

They did an amazing job and we were particularly impressed that they said they would return in a few days to finish the set up as we’ve had to order a couple of connectors to activate the system.

Your work will make such a difference to my mum’s life as she continues to deal with the loss of my dad last year and navigating the new and potentially scary new world she finds herself in on her own. The security system will make a huge difference to her comfort and safety and provide peace of mind to both my mum and our family.
