Whilst carrying out a number of cosmetic upgrades to the property, our client asked if it would be possible to replace the original centre pendant with some more contemporary downlights, with no access from above. Luckily for us, the ceiling was to get replastered so it wasn’t too difficult for us to achieve by cutting a number of small access holes which would allow us to route the new cables through the existing ceiling joists.
