We've recently completed a series of electrical improvements for a client in St Columb Minor, enhancing both safety and functionality in their home.
Our recent project in St Columb Minor centred on enhancing the home’s electrical systems, with a particular focus on the bathroom. We began by addressing the ventilation needs, replacing a faulty extractor fan with a new, more efficient model. This upgraded unit comes equipped with a timer overrun function, a feature that significantly improves the bathroom’s air quality. The fan continues to operate for a set period after the light is switched off, ensuring thorough ventilation and helping to prevent issues like mould and dampness.
As part of the bathroom improvements, we also safely disconnected and removed an outdated wall-mounted heater unit. This step not only modernised the space but also paved the way for any future updates the homeowner might have in mind.
Moving to the kitchen, we turned our attention to the cooker connections. We meticulously terminated these into an appropriate cooker outlet plate, which we then securely fixed to the wall. This work not only enhanced the safety of the kitchen but also provided a neater, more professional finish to the area.
Throughout the project, we worked with precision and care, aiming to cause minimal disruption to the household while delivering high-quality results. Our goal was to improve both the safety and functionality of the home’s electrical systems, ensuring they meet current standards and contribute to the overall comfort and efficiency of the living space.
