Our latest project took us to a lovely rental home in Plymouth that was in need of some serious electrical attention. The owners were keen to modernise the living space while ensuring everything was up to current safety standards, and we were excited to help them achieve just that.

We started off with a thorough Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR). This crucial check gave us a clear picture of the property’s electrical health and helped us map out the work ahead. In the kitchen, we installed a sleek new electric hob. Four efficient cooking plates nestled in a stylish stainless steel frame. It’s a perfect blend of function and style that’s really elevated the entire cooking space.

Throughout the house, we replaced lighting fixtures as needed. Each new fitting was chosen not just for its illuminating qualities, but also to complement the home’s existing style. The result is a brighter, more energy-efficient home that still retains its unique character.
