In September 2021, one of our existing clients purchased a property that was intended for the holiday let market. However, before the property was to become a desirable place to stay, some major renovation and remodeling works were required.

In our usual way, we walked through the property with the clients and together decided on the features of the electrical system.

Along with the usual sockets and switches, we were able to suggest a number of features that would really give this property the wow factor it deserved.

With energy efficient LED lights throughout, an Electric Vehicle charge point and an electric Hot Tub, this Looe property really is a great place for its guests to enjoy.

With it being designed for the holiday let market, we installed a smart heating control system which gives our client full control of the entire heating system within the property, from anywhere in the world.
