Wave provided us with a Hypervolt install and upgraded our consumer unit at the same time. Fantastic experience throughout.After a home visit to review our needs a representative provided a full quote with options and comprehensive Ts and Cs. The clear contract gave me a lot of peace of mind. The representative also took the time to explain each option and their associated pros and cons.With a date confirmed, the engineer arrived on time and made quick work of the upgrades. He was polite, efficient, and indulged my many queries about home electrics! He also accommodated my request to hard-wire the Hypervolt into my home network rather than deal with WiFi.Our car is now happily charging overnight on a cheap tariff, and we’re well positioned for adding some home batteries to our setup in future. Very happy with the service, recommended to anyone looking for someone to carry out similar home electrical work.

I had a requirement for some new light fittings, I mailed many web sites, but only one (wave electrical solutions) bothered to reply, I was asked my requirements and was told a quote would be sent to me! After a short period of time a quote arrived, it was very fair and reasonable for the task that I had, so I accepted it immediately, an acceptable date was suggested for installation which I accepted, on the day the electrician arrived early, reviewed the task and set to work in what to me was a complex double switched installation, two lights were installed, the job was completed in no time to a high standard. I will have no reservation in using Wave electrical solutions again in the future and highly recommend them for customer service and an perfectly acceptable performance throughout this job

Kieran was knowledgeable and friendly when I made my initial enquiry about having an EV charger installed. A detailed and conscientious survey was carried out by Kieran followed up with a tailored quotation including photographs and the subsequent installation by John was tidy and quick. John also provided help setting up the EV charger app and a WiFi extender to boost the signal from router to charger. I couldn’t be more impressed!
