Installing four Easee One electric vehicle charge points across two Seasalt industrial sites in Falmouth and Redruth, complete with payment systems and load balancing technology to support sustainable transport infrastructure.

A comprehensive kitchen electrical upgrade incorporating decorative brass socket outlets and grid switches, alongside the installation of a new induction hob connection. The work involved temporarily removing existing outlets to accommodate stone splashback templating, before reinstalling the electrical accessories with bespoke brass finishes throughout the kitchen and utility areas.

This St Austell property received a complete EV charger point installation featuring the Hypervolt Home Pro 7.4kW system, integrated with intelligent load monitoring technology to protect the home’s electrical infrastructure whilst providing reliable electric vehicle charging capabilities.

A complete electrical rewire carried out in an occupied Camelford home with traditional stone wall construction, requiring careful planning and specialised techniques to install modern wiring whilst preserving period features and minimising disruption to daily life.

January 2026

Working in a Quintrell Downs property, we installed three pendant light fittings throughout a hallway to create a more welcoming entrance space. The installation involved connecting the new lights to the existing circuit and integrating them with the current two-way switching system, allowing the homeowner to control all hallway lighting from multiple points throughout their home.

January 2026

We recently completed a project in Falmouth, focusing on a full consumer unit replacement with modern surge protection. This job also involved the careful alteration of living room sockets to accommodate a wall-mounted TV and a new fireplace, as well as an essential repair to rodent-damaged wiring in the kitchen, significantly improving the home’s electrical safety and functionality.

December 2025

Hallways and landings are often the first thing people see in a home, and the right light fitting can make a real statement. We had a project in Newquay involving the installation of a distinctive, vintage-style pendant light. This sort of job is about more than just connecting wires; it’s about making sure a unique piece is mounted securely and safely, transforming an ordinary space into one with real character.

December 2025

A recent project in Chacewater involved the installation of a new humidistat-controlled extractor fan in a utility room. This installation provides an automated solution to control humidity and prevent condensation, with an exterior grill chosen to perfectly match the property’s existing features.

December 2025

We relocated and replaced an existing consumer unit with a modern flush mounted consumer unit, positioned at high level in the hallway of this Newquay property. The work included extending and rerouting cabling to accommodate the new location, alongside utility room socket improvements, all carried out to comply with 18th Edition wiring regulations.

December 2025

A homeowner in St Austell was experiencing a persistent issue with a lighting circuit that repeatedly tripped the fuse. Our investigation involved a systematic fault-finding process, which led us to replace the existing outdoor lights with new, client-supplied fittings. To provide a comprehensive solution and address a potentially faulty component, we also repositioned the circuit onto a new MCB within the consumer unit, restoring safe and reliable operation to their lighting.

December 2025

This project in Truro involved upgrading a property’s electrical system by replacing two outdated consumer units. We consolidated all circuits into a single, modern 20-way board complete with individual RCBO protection and an integrated Surge Protection Device (SPD) to safeguard sensitive electronics.
